You can send your papers after you sign up and log in to our symposium web page. The language of the symposium is Turkish and English. You must write your abstracts and full text in either Turkish or English.

Preparation of the Abstract 
  1. Abstracts should include title, summary and keywords.
  2. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words, excluding title and keywords.
  3. Abstracts; Times New Roman, 10 font size, single line spacing and should be justified.
  4. Title of the paper; Times New Roman, 12 font size, all the letters should be capitalized and centered on the document.
  5. Abstracts should include the purpose, method, expected findings and results.
  6. The names and surnames of the authors should be written clearly (Times New Roman, 10 font size).
  7. The authors' titles, institutions and e-mail information should be specified as footnote (Times New Roman, 10 font size).
  8. A minimum of 3 and maximum 6 keywords should be written for the abstract paper.
  9. Since there is no proofreading service to the abstracts, attention should be paid not to have typographical errors in both languages. Authors are responsible for all typographical errors.

Preparing a Full Text Paper

Full text papers should be prepared according to the following template.

Poster Preparation Rules

  1. Posters should be prepared with a maximum size of A2 (420x594 mm).
  2. The texts must be large enough to be visible at least one meter away.
  3. The posters can preferably be prepared in Turkish, English or Russian. However, it is compulsory to prepare poster abstracts in English or Turkish.
  4. Authors should be present with their posters on the date and time specified in the symposium program.

Publication of Full Text Papers

  1. The full text of the paper should not exceed 15 pages including tables, figures, bibliography and appendices.
  2. Full texts should be sent in.doc, .docx file format via our web address.
  3. Full text papers should be prepared according to the full text template in the example.
